'So addictive': Dani Dyer makes third attempt to quit vaping
Ex-Love Island star Dani Dyer has revealed that she has embarked on her third attempt to quit vaping.
Dani Dyer has struggled to quit vaping.
The former Love Island star has revealed that she is making a third attempt in her bid to kick the habit but finds the e-cigarettes "so addictive".
During a Q+A with her Instagram followers, Dani was asked: "Opinion on vapes bcz I just don't understand the hype? Xx (sic)."
She responded: "This is my third time giving it up! They are just so addictive (crying face).
"Nobody really knows the dangers of them yet but I think puffing on a fruit stick all day can't be good for (sweating emoji)."
Meanwhile, Dani – the daughter of actor Danny Dyer – recently discussed how she struggled to accept the changes to her body after she became a mother.
The 29-year-old star – who has twin daughters Summer and Star, two, with her footballer husband Jarrod Bowen and son Santiago, five, with her former partner Sammy Kimmence – told Ellis Ranson's Talk In Wardrobe podcast: "The first year after becoming a mum, I used to torture myself and try and put my old jeans on.
"In the end my mum was like, 'Dan just get rid of them.' It is hard going through that phase because none of your old clothes previously fit you.
"It is trying to find yourself again. I think after you become a mum you drastically change and then you do have to find new looks."
Giving advice to other mothers, Dani added: "I think with confidence we do have our ups and downs, don't we? Especially as a woman, like we only really have a certain cycle of the month where we actually feel normal.
"We all struggle with confidence."
Dyer recently passed the brutal selection course on Channel 4 reality series Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and described the show as "the hardest thing (she has) ever done".
The TV personality – who triumphed alongside fellow ex-Love Islander Gabby Allen and Australian Olympic swimming champion Emily Seebohm – penned on Instagram: "I can’t believe it’s over!! This was the final episode of @sas_whodareswins on @channel4... this was honestly the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but I learnt so much along the way and really pushed myself out of my comfort zone.
"It’s safe to say I’ll never forget this experience... thanks to everyone who’s watched and supported along the way! Your messages have meant so so much to me.
"Gabby and Emily you got me through it all and I’m so glad I had you both by my side right at the end!! Absolute girl power."
