The former Apprentice star, who celebrates his 35th birthday on Friday (06.02.26), has taken to Instagram to share the joyful news.

Thomas captioned his post: "It's my birthday today... and I've got the greatest present in the world.

"Baby number 4 is on the way.

"I honestly couldn't ask for anything more. Our little family of five is about to become 6!! I am so blessed and grateful! Better start looking for a bigger car.

"Can't wait to meet you, Baby Skinner. Best birthday ever. Mummy, Daddy and Your big brother and sisters are going to love you so so much.

"Bosh."

Thomas and Sinead are already parents to son Henry, five, and two-year-old twin daughters Roma and Darla.

Meanwhile, the TV star – who competed on Strictly Come Dancing last year – launched a Sunday walking club last month with the purpose of promoting men's mental health.

Skinner, who encouraged his followers to meet at the Thatchers Arms pub in Essex, explained that the free event would give men a relaxed, judgement-free space to get fit and talk openly to others about their mental health.

He said: "No running, no pressure, just fresh air and moving ya body.

"It's a chance to get fitter, clear your head, and have a proper chat about whatever's going on in your life. No judgment, no nonsense, just a few blokes walking and talking.

"When we get back, we can enjoy a bacon and scallop roll at my seafood stall."

The Celebrity Apprentice 2025 star added: "I want to do this every Sunday morning with my mate @roberthisee. It's completely free, all men welcome, great for meeting people and having a laugh. (sic)"

And his followers praised the star for doing the event in the post's comments section.

One user said: "This is so wonderful to see and such a great idea. From someone who suffers with anxiety and have also had depression, one of the things that's really helped me is being outdoors.

"I've made friends with some lovely men during my walks and when I've opened up about my struggles, they often have too.

"They've also all said the same things... men still find it hard to be honest about things that are bothering them. I can hand on my heart say, this walk will turn someone's life around (sic)."
