Tommy Fury to battle it out with dad John Fury in new podcast
The BBC had announced a new visualised podcast, starring boxing legends Tommy Fury and John Fury.
Boxing legends Tommy Fury and John Fury are going head-to-head in a new visualised podcast.
The father and son duo will be the focus of an ultimate showdown as their heavyweight opinions get thrown around in What the Fury?!.
The 10-part series - filmed at Holmes Chapel Boxing Club, Cheshire - will see Tommy, 26, and John, 60, will strike up verbal battles on some of the top subjects that have faced dramatic changes over the past few decades.
This includes modern men, parenting, relationships, artificial intelligence (AI) and more.
Tommy and John said: "We’re a father and son who see the world completely differently, but somehow ended up doing a podcast together.
"It's a clash of the old school versus new school, with all the fighting talk you'd expect from us Furys."
And after a series of verbal jabs, hooks of wisdom, and haymakers of humour, the pair will find out who is really landing the truth.
Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment at the BBC, said: "Tommy and John Fury will pull no punches as they take their energy and spirit from the hit TV show into this new visualised podcast.
"Audiences will have a front row seat as the each discuss their views on modern day topics like only the Furys can."
What the Fury?! - which has been produced by All3Media’s Optomen - will drop on iPlayer and BBC Sounds soon.
