Scarlette Douglas finds love with her fitness instructor
Scarlette Douglas has announced that she and her fitness instructor, Kyle Murray, are dating.
Scarlette Douglas has fallen in love with her fitness instructor after coming out of a "toxic relationship".
The former A Place in the Sun host is "locked in" with her boyfriend Kyle Murray, who owns Funkee Fitness, and trained Scarlette for the upcoming series of Channel 4's Celebrity Hunted - which airs in 2026.
She told Hellomagazine.com: "We've been doing step routines on my social media, but people just think that he's my fitness instructor, because I haven't specifically said he's my boyfriend.
"There are little nods to it, like one of the last ones that we did, he put the song, You're My Lady, by D'Angelo."
Scarlette, 38, said Kyle is the man she "should have always been with".
She added: "I've had some terrible partners in the past, and my ex-partner, [well] it was a toxic relationship. And to have now come and met Kyle, I'm like, this is actually what I deserve.
"But sometimes you have to go through things to learn, to do the work on yourself, to then come out the other side and then meet your person."
As well as fitness, the Worst House on the Street presenter and Kyle have a shared passion for working with charitable causes.
The couple have recently thrown a charity event to raise money for the Hurricane Melissa - a Category 5 storm that devastated Jamaica in October - relief effort on the Caribbean island, as they both have Jamaican parents.
In 2024, Scarlette spent nearly two weeks at the Harley Street Fertility Clinic undergoing a "£5910 give or take" procedure to freeze her eggs.
And extracting her eggs means the pressure of fertility has gone.
Scarlette said: "As much as I was dating, and I wanted to find my person, it just took a huge weight off. I didn't have that stress of, 'I must be with this guy because I need to have kids.'"
And the star - who is ready to have children - thinks Kyle will be an incredible dad.
She said: "I've always been so business-minded and focused on my career, whereas now I'm like, 'I'm ready, and I've got a guy.'
"I know [he] would be the most amazing dad and I've got his family and I've got my family and I really do believe that it takes a village to raise a child and I have that village around me, so I'm like, 'OK, you know what, I think I'm ready', so we'll see what happens."
