Georgia Harrison says Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins helped her to embrace motherhood.
The 30-year-old TV personality can deal with the physical and mental challenges of raising her newborn daughter, Sahara - whom she has with her 33-year-old boyfriend Jack Stacey - after she was pushed to her limits to pass the eight-day SAS selection on the Channel 4 show in 2024.
Georgia - who won Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins - told the Daily Mail's Eden Confidential column: "SAS helped me learn to get up in the night, stuff like that, and just face it.
"I always think, no matter how hard this is, it’s never worse than some of the experiences I’ve had in the past, so I just get on with it."
The former Love Island star and 37-year-old professional boxer, Lani Daniels, were the only two stars who passed the hellish eight-day SAS training course in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
And Georgia - who helped change the law after her 35-year-old ex Stephen Bear was jailed in March 2023 after he was found guilty of sharing a private video of the pair having sex - said winning the show is "one of the biggest achievements" of her life.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper at the time: "It made me a lot stronger, and it was almost like an actual turning point in my life to really overcome all the trauma and challenge I've been through the year before.
"I'm like, 'Right, this is my time to come back fighting, come back stronger and move into a whole new era of my life.'
"I've definitely felt a shift in my energy, my vibration, my ability to handle things."
On November 1, Georgia took to Instagram to announce that she and Jack - have become parents.
Captioning a series of photos of the couple leaving the hospital with Sahara, Georgia wrote: "Sahara Jean Stacey.
"Born 12.09 on the 30th October 2025. We are more in love than we ever could have imagined. Thank you so much for all of your messages, we’re so grateful.
