'I didn't enjoy it': Jonathan Ross found The Celebrity Traitors deception uncomfortable
Jonathan Ross has confessed that he "didn't enjoy" having to lie constantly on The Celebrity Traitors.

Jonathan Ross "didn't enjoy" being on The Celebrity Traitors.
The 64-year-old broadcaster was chosen as one of the Traitors by host Claudia Winkleman in the first series of the showbiz spin-off of the BBC reality show but admits that he found it unsettling lying to his celebrity friends.
Speaking on his Reel Talk podcast, Jonathan said: "I know they're already planning a second celebrity version.
"I know because I've had two celebrity friends of mine call and say, 'I've been approached – is it good to do, is it bad to do?' So I'm giving them the benefit of my experience, which was I didn't enjoy it."
The Jonathan Ross Show presenter – who was chosen as a Traitor alongside comedian Alan Carr and singer Cat Burns – continued: "I'm a Traitor, that's why. I found the lying really wearing, it left me feeling increasingly uncomfortable.
"We were lying all the time, because you're sharing a car in with the people in the morning, and even though we're not supposed to be talking about the game but obviously some people do, so you're lying then.
"So you're guarding this secret that you have and the others know that someone has. You're on the defence the whole time and you have to look people in the eye and lie."
Paloma Faith was the first celebrity to be 'murdered' on Celebrity Traitors last week after her close pal Alan wiped pollen from a "poisonous" flower onto her face and admits that she felt a sense of "betrayal" after discovering the identity of the Traitors.
Speaking on companion show The Celebrity Traitors: Uncloaked, the 44-year-old singer said: "I feel really even more betrayed now. I feel betrayed by Jonathan and Alan and actually Cat because she's on the same record label as me and she should have some loyalty."
The Only Love Can Hurt Like This hitmaker insisted she would never have betrayed Alan if their positions had been reversed.
Paloma said: "If the shoe was on the other foot, I wouldn't have done that.
"I don't think he should have done it to me."
However, Paloma admitted Alan had almost given himself away with his constant perspiration.
She said: "I did keep asking him why he was sweating so much."
