Denise Welch believes Loose Women is successful as it appeals to all
Denise Welch thinks that the wide range of panellists featured on 'Loose Women' have allowed the ITV daytime staple to remain so popular after 25 years on air.

Denise Welch thinks 'Loose Women' is so successful as it caters for females of all ages.
The 66-year-old star is a regular panellist on the ITV daytime chat show – which celebrated 25 years on air last September – and believes that the programme's wide array of contributors has been central to its longevity.
Denise exclusively told BANG Showbiz at the Royal Television Society Programme Awards on Tuesday (25.03.25): "I think the fact that it's one of the, if not the only, show in the world that celebrates the voices of older women. Not only celebrates them, but reveres them and really listens.
"Now our whole age range goes from 25 with Grace Barry (GK Barry) up to 84 with Gloria Hunniford. There's something for everybody.
"You never know what you're going to get. It's not like 'The View' where they have a set panel of people. We have a changeable panel, so if somebody doesn't like that panel, don't watch it, you can watch it the next day and then your favourites might be on. And I think that's why it's such a success.
"We have a laugh, we have lots of light-hearted topics but then we have a campaign like 'Facing It Together' which we're nominated for tonight. It's creating conversations and maintaining conversations."
Denise revealed that her favourite guests on the show – which scooped the best Daytime Programme prize at the ceremony in London - have been music stars, particularly those who were in the charts when she was growing up.
She said: "I loved it when Michael Buble came on. I loved it when the Jacksons came on, sadly Michael Jackson had already died, and Donny Osmond. When you're my age, you've got all these greats who came on."
The former 'Coronation Street' star also stated that Victoria Beckham would be her dream panellist on the programme.
Denise said: "I'd love to have Victoria Beckham on as a panellist."
