Julianne Hough "disagreed" with Bobby Bones winning the 'Dancing with the Stars' crown.

The 44-year-old star won the 27th season of 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2018 - but Julianne has now revealed that she thought it was the wrong decision.

During an appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen', Julianne said: "I think it's because of the fan base. It's all about fan base on that show. He was not the best dancer."

By contrast, Julianne listed Kellie Pickler, Xochitl Gomez, Iman, Adam Carolla and Apollo Ohno as her five favourite contestants on 'Dancing with the Stars'.

Julianne didn't actually appear on season 27 of the show. But she has previously served as a dance pro and a judge, and in 2023, Julianne was announced as the new co-host of the long-running TV show.

The 36-year-old beauty - who co-hosts the show alongside Alfonso Ribeiro - told 'Entertainment Tonight' at the time: "It's full circle being able to come back from being a dancer to a judge and now co-hosting with Alfonso.

"It's amazing. Honestly, it's just family again. I'm just excited. I can't wait to see everybody back on the dance floor and just get our groove on."

Alfonso, meanwhile, was also thrilled to be working with Julianne.

He said: "I think we are gonna be incredible together.

"I think even from, like, hanging out and talking and feeling our energy together, we both see the show the exact same way and we wanna make it family again. Make it really just warm and everybody have a great time."
