The 56-year-old pop star split from Paul Solomons last year, and the 'Some Kind of Bliss' hitmaker is reportedly now "dreaming of finding someone to settle down with".
A source told Closer UK magazine: "Kylie is longing to meet someone and settle down - especially now she's entering her late 50s, which is something of a turning point for her, mentally."
Kylie initially struggled to move on from her break-up. But the award-winning star is now looking to the future with real optimism.
The insider said: "It took her a long time to get over her split from Paul, and while she has no issue with being single, she's also a hopeless romantic and is still dreaming of finding someone to settle down with and go the distance."
Earlier this year, Kylie insisted that she enjoys the "freedom" that comes with being single.
The chart-topping star revealed that she feels liberated by her single status.
The 'Padam Padam' hitmaker told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "I’m single and enjoying this freedom and the liberty.
"I think we can make different choices at this time than we may have at other times. I guess, don’t be afraid … I have, definitely."
Kylie also confessed to having regrets about some of her previous romances.
She said: "There’s some romances I maybe could have done without, but it’s all part of what makes us human and our understanding of everything.
"I'm trying to think of something great to say, but hey, you fall in love. What can you do? And you live and you learn. I don't know what I know anymore."
