Hannah Elizabeth has had "every" cosmetic treatment going and shows no signs of stopping.
OnlyFans star Hannah Elizabeth has shown off the results of her latest bum job.
The 33-year-old Scouser - who recently appeared on 'Love Island: All Stars' - recently revealed she was planning to have another 500ml injected into her butt to make it even more bootylicious.
She shared with her 544,000 Instagram followers on her Stories: "Hello everybody, so obviously since the show and having spoke about have my bum done, loads of people have been asking me about the booty.
"So I get my bum done at Lift Aesthetics and being fresh out the villa I am excited, literally can't wait to go and have my top up.
"I'm going to get 500ml by the amazing Lift Aesthetics and I will show you the whole process."
And she has since shared a cheeky reveal of her new extremely pert derrière on her Instagram Story.
She said in the clip: "So we're just adding a bit of volume to the top today. This is the first side. As always, you can't feel anything because I've been numbed up."
Elizabeth recently vowed to share the process with her fans.

The busty blonde had "every treatment" going before entering the 'Love Island' villa again - including another boob job.
Hannah revealed she had fillers and work done to boost her chances of attracting the lads.
She told heat magazine: "I’ve been up the wall because every treatment that you could imagine, I have had it done.
"I’ve been in the gym as much as I can. The fillers have been done, the hair’s been done. Anything you can imagine, I’ve been prepping for because I’ve got to be glam, and I’ve obviously got to look my best going on the show, especially now when it’s even bigger.”
She recently revealed that she had gone under the knife again to have new breast implants
The former Playboy Bunny - who has Reggie, four, with her ex George Andreetti - told her Instagram followers: “New breast implants after having the baby has really helped me to fill out the loose pocket and also helped with my rippling. I’m blown away, I couldn’t be happier.”
Other procedures she's splashed her cash on include an eye lift to make her look “like a Bratz Doll”, two nose jobs, and a Brazilian butt lift.
