Riley Reid says using an AI chatbot to interact with her fans has given her more free time.

The OnlyFans star has launched an AI platform called Clona with features a digital version of herself which fans can interact with for a subscription of $30 a month which gives them unlimited chatting and voice notes - and Riley says it's helped free her up to focus on other projects like her clothing brand or spending time with her family.

She told Business Insider: "I'm married. I'm a mother. I'm trying to do multiple businesses. This gives me an opportunity to immortalise myself and still be in that field without investing my full self. I feel so lucky I've had the opportunity to create Riley Reid as a mainstream name. I really want to utilise that."

Riley added of her bot: "Riley is a persona, and from this persona that you fantasise about you're able to create a version that is more suitable to your specific needs.

"You can request your AI Riley to give herself a purple mohawk if that's what you're into, because real-life Riley would never do that."

However, she has rigorously tested the technology to make sure the bot's views on the world agree with her own - especially on issues that are important to her like transgender rights.

She went on to say: "One of my biggest things is, I believe that trans people should have rights. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I have my own political beliefs.

"If someone says something that is anti trans, or transphobic, how does my AI respond in a politically correct way that says like, 'Hey, I don't agree, I love the trans community'? I don't want my AI to just skip over trans rights, I want her to have my actual opinion."
