The 34-year-old star - who is married to footballer Wayne Bridge,42 , and has sons Parker, nine, and Carter, seven, with him - was on holiday with a family away from her regular role as a panellist on ITV chat show 'Loose Women' and took to social media to share a snap of herself posing in a JadeSwim bikini, declaring that the skimpy two-piece was her "outfit of the day" for the duration of her getaway.
She wrote on Instagram: "#ootd for the foreseeable @JadeSwim"(sic)
The former Saturdays singer previously explained that she now in a "mindset" of enjoying herself when it comes to exercise, rather than "forcing" herself to keep fit and admitted she will never "make herself" go to the gym.
She told Women's Health: "I’m more in the mindset of doing something I actually enjoy, rather than forcing myself. I’m not one of those people that will make myself go to the gym, particularly if there is something a lot more appealing on offer, like a friend wanting to go out for a drink."
Frankie also noted that she had taken up Pilates and boxing in an effort to stay in shape.
She told Cosmopolitan: "‘I tend to do an hour or so a day. Up until the new year I was doing Pilates and boxing throughout the week, whereas now I’ve started weight training. A lot of people I knew did it and I've heard a lot about it burning fat and being good for toning, so I've started doing that with a new trainer. I really like it. My bum and my legs just weren't changing before I started weight training, but now I have noticed a difference [from squatting with free weights] quite quickly."
