The 31-year-old model/actress opened up about her style in a new interview with WWD.com revealing she leans on statement pieces such as handbags and jewellery because she believes they can totally alter the look of an outfit without having to change clothes.
She told the fashion outlet: "I'm all about an accessory - a hat, a necklace, a ring, a belt, a bag. I love them. It's the easiest way to change your outfit from day to night without actually having to change your outfit."
Cara is the new face of Miu Miu and appears in the fashion giant's new 2024 autumn advertising campaign and the screen star admits she jumped at the chance to work with the brand because she's a huge fan of founder Miuccia Prada.
She added: "It was so much fun getting to shoot this campaign. I have always been a fan of Miu Miu's aesthetic and have so much admiration for Mrs. Prada, so to star in a campaign for her was a true honour."
It comes after Cara landed another huge campaign job - starring in Calvin Klein's latest underwear ads which were launched to celebrate Pride Month 2024.
Cara told ELLE magazine: "I’ve always been a huge fan of Calvin Klein. It’s been my go-to underwear forever. Calvin Klein has definitely been a bucket-list brand for me; I just love their iconic campaigns and timeless staple pieces."
Cara explained the brand's 'This Is Love' Pride campaign had a special significance for her. She addded: "I’m incredibly proud to be a part of this campaign and be a representative for my community in this very large display.
"In this current climate, it’s really important for people in this community, as well as allies, to speak up, be vocal and be proud."
