Melanie C about to release ninth solo album and go out on tour
Melanie C has revealed her ninth solo album is ready to be released, and is set to go out on tour.

Melanie C is about to drop her ninth solo record and embark on a tour.
The 51-year-old singer - full name Melanie Chisholm - says her new album embraces "electronic pop music" more than her previous records.
She told the Sunday Mirror newspaper's No Filter column: "My new album is done and ready to go.
"The last few albums, I've been leaning more towards electronic pop music.
"And with this one, I really wanted to embrace that more, with dance music and all the DJing I've been doing.
"I just wanted to have fun with it and create something I love.
"The album is done, and news will be coming soon."
Despite enjoying global success as a member of the iconic girl group Spice Girls - formed of Melanie C, Mel B, 50, Victoria Beckham, 51, Geri Halliwell-Horner, 53, and 49 year old Emma Bunton - the star still feels she is "learning and growing" as a singer.
The Wannabe hitmaker admitted: "I feel like I'm still learning and growing - I just love to sing, to perform, as well as DJing - and I wanted to combine everything together for this album.
"I can't wait to get out there and perform it."
Melanie keeps active by always striving to hit fitness goals.
She explained: "Exercise is so important to me.
"I want to be active and dance and perform and enjoy myself on stage for as long as possible.
"My sister wants us to do [fitness competition] Hyrox together, but I need time to train properly.
"I've honestly been busier than I've ever been before this summer. It's been non-stop and, hopefully, next year will be even busier.
"I'd love to do it - but I'd want to be properly prepared physically."
And Melanie would love to reunite with her Spice Girls band mates - who last performed all together at the Closing Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games - to mark the 30th anniversary of Wannabe, the group's 1996 hit single.
In February, the star - also known as Sporty Spice - told Rebecca Judd on Apple Music 1: "There has to be something befitting of 30 years since Wannabe.
"Once a Spice Girl, always a Spice Girl. We all feel like that, but we now are getting together because we know if we're going to do anything, we have to start planning things to get things right.
"We have to start making the plans right now and putting them into action. So fingers crossed."
And Melanie thinks she and Mel B - also known as Scary Spice - are leading the calls to reunite.
Melanie added: "I think me and Mel B are probably going to be going in there all guns blazing. 'Come on! It's time!'"
