Cardi B has reduced the effects of her received biopolymer injections, which shaped and enlarged her backside.

At 21, the rapper received biopolymer injections to shape and enlarge her backside, but now Cardi has revealed she underwent surgery in January 2024 to make the effects smaller because of her 5ft 3in frame.
During a recent Instagram Live session, the I Like It hitmaker said: “A lot of y’all keep telling me to go get my ass reduced. I don’t need to go get my ass reduced, news flash, I did get my ass reduced.”
Cardi, 33, noted that she “can’t just go and lipo my butt” - a procedure where suction is used to remove fat from other parts of the body to shape other areas - because her “skin is like kinda loose”, which is “why my a** shakes so much”.
The Grammy winner continued: "So if I just go and get a lipo reduction, that is the easy way, my ass could drop.
"So I would have to cut myself. And I’m not cutting myself. I’m not sitting down for four months. I’m outside, like I said. I like my body how it looks right now. I’m comfortable in my skin."
Cardi added: “I’m very, very honest. First of all, I got two lipos and one ass reduction.”
The WAP artist had her bum “reduced” because she is a “small girl”.
Cardi then called out the trolls who have been judging her body.
She said: "Y’all acting like y’all new to this. Y’all been seeing my body for how many years now? Too many.
"Oh, ‘You look super super snatched.’ Yes, b****, just stop hating. “I’ll tell you what I do so I could look snatched.”
The Up performer - real name Belcalis Almanzar - said eating grilled chicken, grilled salmon, and having drinks containing fiber has resulted in healthy changes to her appearance, before she urged her fans not to “starve” to shed weight.
Cardi added: "That’s what I do. I’m being as honest as possible. [Anytime] someone’s talking about, ' Oh, I look good, y’all say I’m doing surgery.
“So shut the f*** up; it just gives straight hater. Hating ass bitches. Enjoy your life. Enjoy yourself, enjoy your everything.”
