Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' daughter Suri has legally changed her name, swapping her dad’s surname for her mum’s middle name, according to a new report.

Suri, 20, has swapped her dad’s surname for her mum’s middle name and now goes by Suri Noelle, and New York Post column PageSix reports the student has now made the change legal as she's registered to vote under her new moniker.
Suri has left New York, where she was raised by her mother after her parents' divorce, and is now living in Pennsylvania, where she attends Carnegie Mellon University, and the publication reports she registered to vote there under the name Suri Noelle there in 2024.
Voters in Pennsylvania are required to register under their legal names.
PageSix reports Suri didn't file to change her name legally in Pennsylvania so she's likely to have made the change official before she left for university.
Suri previously used the name Suri Noelle for the graduation pamphlet when she left Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts in New York in June 2024.
A source previously told PageSix that Suri opted for a new name to give herself a fresh start at college and it was her special way of honouring her mother.
The insider said: "She is showing praise for her mother by using her middle name ... [Suri also] wants her own identity ...
"[It will help her] avoid the paparazzi [and] start fresh at college."
Katie welcomed Suri into the world in 2006 - the same year she married Hollywood superstar Tom. She filed for divorce in 2012, with the pair finalising the split later that year, and is believed to have had sole custody of Suri prior to her 18th birthday.
Katie previously expressed her pride in her daughter and admitted she will miss her a lot while she's away studying.
She told Town and Country magazine: "I’m proud of my daughter. Of course, I will miss the close proximity, but I’m really proud of her and I’m happy.
"I remember being this age, this time of beginnings. It’s exciting to learn about yourself, and I loved that time, so it makes me happy to think about it like that."
