COD: Black Ops 7 Early Access Beta and Open Beta times confirmed by Activision
Activision has confirmed Call of Duty: Black Ops 7’s Early Access and Open Beta dates - which will start on October 2.

Activision has confirmed the global timetable for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Early Access and Open Betas.
The studio will be splitting the Beta for the upcoming shooter into two phases: an Early Access period from October 2 to 5 and a full Open Beta running from October 5 to 8.
Players who preorder or qualify via eligible Xbox Game Pass subscriptions can jump in early, with the Early Access Beta kicking off at 10 a.m. PT / 6 p.m. BST, while the Open Beta follows at the same local time on October 5.
Both phases run for 72 hours and conclude together at 10 a.m. PT / 6 p.m. BST on October 8.
The Beta will give players a sneak peek at Treyarch and Raven Software’s upcoming multiplayer and Zombies features, including the new Overload mode.
In anticipation of widespread cheating attempts, Activision has also stated it expects cheaters will push boundaries during the test - and that’s intentional.
Speaking ahead of the beta, the team said: “Cheaters will try to test the limits during the Beta. That’s exactly what we want.”
To support that, the RICOCHET anti-cheat system is being beefed up for live beta deployment.
Activision detailed new detection methods, machine learning upgrades, hardware protections, and layered in-game mitigations aimed at disrupting cheaters in real time and banning them across all Call of Duty titles if flagged during the Beta.
