The late Playboy founder had many lovers and multiple live-in girlfriends at the Playboy Mansion.

But one time his bedroom adventures almost went very wrong when he choked on an adult toy back in 1977.

He confessed: "What is the closest I’ve come to death? That time I was with four Playmates and I almost swallowed a Ben Wa ball!"
