The Who - The Who's Tommy

The Who's 1969 rock opera Tommy was transformed into a stage musical by guitarist and songwriter Pete Townshend and film director Des McAnuff.

The story follows Tommy Walker, a traumatised boy who becomes a pinball champion and, eventually, a kind of spiritual figure, with songs including Pinball Wizard, See Me, Feel Me and I'm Free.
