The actress and talk show host has no plans to have plastic surgery, although she won't judge others who have cosmetic procedures.

The Charlie's Angels star told People in 2023: "I haven't done anything, and I'm going to maintain that as long as possible. I have zero judgement for anyone doing anything. But I don't see myself resorting to it."

Barrymore also explained that her hesitation stems from a fear that of becoming fixated on going under the knife.

The 51-year-old star said: "I have a highly addictive personality, so I worry I'd continue to chase it, get this and that done. That scares me, just because of my own approach to things. So, I'm waiting on making any alterations."
