What you may not know is that is that Aniston was integral in The Morning Show getting made.

In 2016, she co-founded the production company Hello Sunshine with Reese Witherspoon, which has produced multiple successful projects, including The Morning Show and Little Fires Everywhere. "I like to be in charge of what’s coming next," she said of her move into producing, showing her ambition to take control of her career in new and creative ways.

Aniston and Witherspoon share a friendship and professional camaraderie, with Jen previously saying: "We have a lot of mutual respect for one another."
