Jesy welcomed twin daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe in May 2025 following a high-risk pregnancy.

Jesy later revealed the twins had been diagnosed with SMA1 (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) - the most severe form of the progressive muscle-wasting disease.

She said: “If they don’t have the treatment, they will die.”

Jesy has since launched a petition for newborn SMA screening and says her focus is now “being the best possible parent.”

Jesy's pregnancy will be documented in her upcoming Prime Video documentary, Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix, which is due to release on February 13, 2026.
