Chris Hemsworth swapped hammer for hardware to voice Optimus Prime in this animated origin story.

The film explores the early friendship – and rift – between Optimus and Megatron (voiced by Brian Tyree Henry) on Cybertron.

Hemsworth said of voicing Optimus Prime: “It was daunting. Peter Cullen is a legend. But I wanted to show how Optimus became Optimus.”
