While she has social media, Adele keeps her online activity to a minimum because it makes her feel “uncomfortable”.

Speaking about how social media has affected her, she said: “It’s definitely harder to avoid it than it is to give into it. I think most people tend to give into it because it is easier, but I just can’t. I’m uncomfortable with giving into that kind of thing.”
