Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspoon is a regular church-goer, and she has revealed in the past she believes in the Christian concept of heaven.

Speaking to Chelsea Handler, she said: "I think we go to heaven. I mean I think you get an angel and the wings and the thing and a halo and all of that."

Explaining her faith, she pointed to many of her own life experiences that confirm it for her.

She added: "I really believe it. I've had car accidents, I've given birth to babies, I swear my grandparents are in the room, I've seen my grandfather in a theatre in New York when I was on stage. I know it."
