Natalie Portmam: Neta-Lee Hershlag

The Israeli actress had a traditional Hebrew name when she was born but ended up changing it after her family emigrated to the United States in 1984. The family ditched the Jewish surname opting for Portman instead and Neta-Lee evolved into Natalie.
