A new chapter

Demi admitted upon turning 30 that she "didn't think she would be here" after her addiction and mental health struggles but is now excited to be well into her third decade and is looking forward to finding out what the future holds.

She told SPIN magazine: "That's something I thought was impossible to do. Even in bouts of sobriety, my depression was so strong that I didn't think I'd get here today. But here I am.

"I'm in a new chapter in my life, and I don't know what my 30s have in store for me, but hopefully a family one day."
