The Poosh founder, 44, gave birth whilst filming her family's former reality show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.

What's more, when she gave birth to her and ex-partner Scott Disick's son Mason, 14, and daughter Penelope, 11, she used her own hands to get the babies out.

The mother-of-four - who also has son Reign, eight, with Scott and four-month-old Rocky with husband Travis Barker - recalled: "She was coming out, and I was thinking, 'I should pull her.' With Mason, I had no idea I was going to do that. This time, I thought, 'This is what I'm supposed to do.'"
