The Conjuring

James Wan’s ‘The Conjuring’ premiered in 2013 telling the story of paranormal investigators Lorraine and Ed Warren who must free a family from an evil spirit.

The cast and crew of the film experienced many strange moments during the shoot.

In an interview with The Independent, actor Patrick Wilson - who plays Ed Warren - said: “There was some weird stuff on the first one. We’d just been shooting for a couple of weeks and she [then-child star Joey King] has bruises all over her body. First of all, kids don’t do stunts. She hasn’t done any stunts. She didn’t get hit by anything.”
