Today marks Poppy's 29th birthday.

The singer - whose real name is Moriah Pereira - became an internet sensation in 2014 after she posted surreal and uncanny valley videos to YouTube where she mocked online culture by performing as an android.

Since then, Poppy has dropped the strange videos and has been creating her own music, with her most recent studio album, 'Church Outfit', releasing in March 2023.
