Sylvester Stallone has been handed the keys to Philadelphia to celebrate the 47th anniversary of the 1976 boxing movie Rocky’ - which is set in the city.
To mark Rocky Day, he told a crowd near the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art - which Rocky memorably runs up in the film: You get to the top, you feel inspired, you feel special, hopeful, happy, and most of all, proud of yourself.
