Brad Pitt

The 'Moneyball' actor is one of the most recognisable faces in Hollywood but did not hone his craft at a traditional acting school.

Pitt studied journalism and advertising at the University of Missouri before dropping out to focus on his passion for acting.

After moving to Los Angeles, he got his big breakthrough in the road movie 'Thelma and Louise'.
