In 2013, the 37-year-old model tweeted that she thought the Greek dip was "the most overrated snack category food alive."

After her controversial comments caused quite the stir on the platform, she rebuked one fan who defended the food and said: "You don’t love hummus[,] you love the pita chips you liars!"
