Grey was catapulted to global fame after appearing in 1987 rom-com ‘Dirty Dancing’ opposite Patrick Swayze.

But the spotlight dimmed fast on Jennifer who lost her “identity and career” overnight after undergoing a rhinoplasty to reduce her distinctive nose.

She said: “I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous. It was the nose job from hell. I’ll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognises because of a nose job."
