In 2015, it was reported that the two might have had something going in 2013.

A source told The Sun newspaper that Harry, then 19, and Nicole, then 35, “had a dalliance at the end of 'The X Factor' in 2013 … They hooked up over three years (after they met) when Harry had matured and was a member of the world’s biggest band.”
