The 44-year-old pop star quipped about the foodborne parasite during a recent performance at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.
The chart-topping singer told her fans: "This is TMI, but I’m gonna go ahead and say it ... I don’t know if I got that thing, that, you know, like, people eat lettuce. S***, I don’t know what. I don’t know what the f*** … But last night during the show, I was like, ‘Oh my God. Jesus.’
"I get back to my room, and I have never been so happy there is not a man in the room cause he for sure would never make sweet love to this again.
"Bridesmaids ain’t got s*** on what happened in my room. I was like, ‘Oh, Lord.’ And you know the part where you think it’s over. You’re like, ‘It has to be over.’ No, girl!"
Kelly - who has River Rose, 12, and Remington Alexander, ten, with her late ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock - then suggested that she's too honest for her own good.
She joked: "Oh, I’m gonna be single until I’m dead. It’s fine. I’m gonna find another weird m*********** out there.
"But all that to say … there’s no segue from that. I hope tonight is not like that. It’s not. I feel fine, thank you."
Meanwhile, Kelly previously explained that she was walking away from The Kelly Clarkson Show, her TV talk show, in order to spend more time with her kids.
The pop star also thanked her colleagues and fans for their support.
Kelly wrote on Instagram: "I have been extremely fortunate to work with such an outstanding group of people at ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show,' both in Los Angeles and New York. There have been so many amazing moments and shows over these seven seasons. I am forever grateful and honored to have worked alongside the greatest band and crew you could hope for, all the talent and inspiring people who have shared their time and lives with us, all the fans who have supported our show and to NBC for always being such a supportive and incredible partner. (sic)"
