Gisele Bundchen feels "lucky" that she's able to "pick and choose" her work projects.
The 45-year-old star has been one of the highest-paid models in the world since the early 2000s, and Gisele now feels fortunate to be in the position she's in.
Speaking to W Magazine about her latest cover shoot, Gisele reflected: "I feel lucky because I can pick and choose what I do, and I work only with people I genuinely enjoy being around.
"When I was younger, I was often asking myself, Am I doing enough? Am I getting it right? After more than 30 years in front of the camera, I’ve come to really understand everything that goes into creating an image.
"I also understand that every image creates a feeling, and when you are confident and accepting of yourself, everything flows naturally."
Gisele explained that her "spiritual practice" has helped her to cope with the pressures of fame and success.
The blonde beauty - who was married to sports star Tom Brady between 2009 and 2022 - said: "Earlier in my career, everything was about achievement and saying yes to every opportunity.
"Over time, I began to understand the importance of finding balance. My spiritual practice helped me become more present and more connected to myself. Instead of focusing on external expectations, I started paying attention to how I felt internally. That changed everything—not only my work, but also the way I experienced life."
Gisele previously revealed that she was looking forward to "love, health, peace, and new adventures" in 2026.
The model - who is married to jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente - explained that she was looking forward to 2026 with optimism.
Gisele wrote on Instagram at the turn of the year: "As the new year unfolds, my heart is full of gratitude for the moments spent recharging with my family. May this year bring you love, health, peace, and new adventures.
"May you find the courage to honor your heart’s calling and to know and love yourself more deeply.
"Wishing you endless blessings and a beautiful journey ahead.
