Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer have finalised their divorce - nearly 10 years after they split.

The former couple filed for divorce in 2020 and were legally declared single on September 21, according to court documents obtained by the New York Post's Page Six.

The documents read: "Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated, and the parties are restored to the status of single persons."

Actor Tobey, 51, and jewellery designer Jennifer, 49, bifurcated their marital status, meaning the court has given the exes a separate trial to resolve "other issues" in their divorce. The specifics of those outstanding matters are not known.
