Sean 'Diddy' Combs' release from prison has been moved up by more than five weeks.

The 56-year-old rap mogul - who is serving a 50-month sentence for a conviction on two prostitution-related charges - was originally due to be released from prison on June 4, 2028, but the date has now shifted.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons' website, Combs will now be released from the Fort Dix low correctional facility on April 25, 2028.

His release date was originally set for May 8 the same year, before being pushed back a few weeks to June.

Combs has been behind bars since his arrest in September 2024, while he was convicted in July 2025 on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

The rapper’s eight-week trial earlier last year resulted in acquittals on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, but he was convicted on prostitution-related offences.
