Cameron Diaz was focused on "trying to stay alive just like every other mother" during her acting break.
The 52-year-old star has returned to Hollywood with her upcoming new Netflix movie 'Back In Action', and she has reflected on how she's been spending her time.
In a behind the scenes interview shared by the official 'Still Watching Netflix' YouTube channel, she said: "I was not keeping up with any kind of training. I did nothing public. I said no to everything.
"Other than my wine - I started my wine company, Avaline, that was what I was putting most of my focus on, if I was doing anything other than just sort of being a mom and living my day to day.
“That was pretty much it. I’m just trying to stay alive just like every other mother. I’m just trying to keep it going.”
The 'Holiday' actress has kids Raddix, five, and nine-month-old Cardinal with her husband Benji Madden.
