The Gladiator II trailer is out

The trailer for 'Gladiator II' has been released.

Ridley Scott has returned to direct a sequel to his Oscar-winning historical epic which will follow Lucius, the son of Maximus, after he is taken prisoner and forced away from his family to fight as a gladiator in the colosseum.

The film stars Paul Mescal as Lucius alongside Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, Academy Award-winner Denzel Washington, and Connie Nielsen returning in her role as Lucilla.

The feature is set to release only in cinemas on November 22 this year.
