Britney Spears has vowed to "find a new family".

The 44-year-old singer - who has sons Sean Preston, 20, and 19-year-old Jayden with ex-husband Kevin Federline - has claimed she was left feeling like a "slave" while under a conservatorship headed by her father, Jamie Spears, and singled out her younger sister Jamie Lynn Spears for particular criticism.

Alongside a still from Uptown Girls featuring Dakota Fanning raising her middle finger, she wrote: "I will find a new family !!!

"Jamie Lynn never let me hold Ivy one time when I would visit in Louisiana during covid in two week trips and Kevin wouldn’t let me use the bathroom when I would pick my children up in their house !!!

"They made me feel like a slave and have all their secret things they did behind my back and all I ever did was work for my dad !!!

"I will find a new family !!!(sic)"

Earlier this year, Britney blasted her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, for secretly spending time with her sons - who primarily lived with their father growing up - without her knowledge.

The Toxic hitmaker - whose conservatorship ended in 2021 after 13 years - shared a throwback photo of her boys and wrote on X: “Those two little bodies came out of my belly. Yes, they are mine … Unfortunately it wasn’t until 5 years ago that I saw they were secretly taken to the beach by my mom and dad … The whole summer.

“I wondered why I wasn’t a part of their cool secret outings. I felt demoralized to live in a country where it was accepted for people like my mom and dad to live secret lives with my children. I honestly went to my knees and cried for two months.”

While Britney claims her parents enjoyed secret outings with her children, she alleged that she was banned from certain social situations by her father.

She claims he forbade her from going “to a diner ever again to eat a hamburger with a new extremely cool friend I had found cuz all the attention I got from the paps after being held in my home for four months offended him”.

She went on: “I was never allowed to see my friend again or go out to old fashioned hamburger diners. If you know me I love food.”

Britney also alleged she was “brainwashed” and “taken advantage of”.

She shared: “Society doesn’t understand the real effects to this very day of the rights and freedoms anyone should be able to have. I never got to be me, the real Spears … I used to be unbelievably intelligent and 100 per cent I was brainwashed into an ignorant system where every person took advantage of me … I firmly believe I am an angel, and it hurts. Time is in a different realm when you’re an angel … I miss the excitement in my eyes, being alive when I was younger, always so eager to please and hungry for life.

“It’s not like it was when I was younger … My intention and mindset were in a completely different place when I used to perform. Not one time in those 15 years was it ever me, and the way I used to think … I was shamed, embarrassed, and forced to do all of it. My head meditated on almost fighting through it versus when I was younger, and I dreamed and felt unbelievably lighter, and the connection was different with the fans … I was simply being sassy and doing my thing but never ever allowed to do anything wrong. My image was to be too good.”
