Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, shares her 'love language' with MasterChef Australia contestants
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, revealed during her guest judging stint on MasterChef Australia that her "love language" is cooking and food.

The 44-year-old former actress - who has children Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, with husband Prince Harry - appeared on this weekend's episode of MasterChef Australia as a guest judge, and during her chats on camera, she told how cooking and food are her "love language".
She explained: "I think it’s such a great way to connect. It’s something that can feel sentimental and meaningful, and it's how I show my nurturing and love for my friends, family, and my kids."
The As Ever founder noted there can be a "lot of pressure in this kitchen" and urged contestants to try and "keep a sense of humour".
Meghan's appearance on the show was filmed in April when she and Harry were visiting Down Under, and she described being back in Australia as a "full circle" moment.
She said: "Oh, we're so excited. We love Australia. We had the most sentimental, amazing time. We were here almost eight years ago. We announced we were pregnant with Archie at the time. So, it's full circle; here we are, but thrilled to be here with all of you and taste some really good food. I've heard you've been cooking up a storm this season,"
The Suits star asked the contestants to make a dish "fit for a Duchess" using ingredients she had selected, including honey, macadamia nuts, citrus, edible flowers and celeriac.
And as the judges were trying dishes, Meghan received a video call from Harry, where she revealed he finds spicy food "too much".
She said as she answered the phone: “Hi, my love! My husband’s here."
Her spouse joked: "What’s going on? Have I interrupted something important?”
Meghan replied: “Well, we are actually in the middle of tasting all the dishes. We have four incredible cooks here. It’s amazing, they’re so talented. We wish you were here.
“I wish you could try this. These dishes are fantastic.
“It’s really delicious, and there’s a hot sauce that, well, you know me … it is so good. I think it might be too much for you. It’s spicy.”
Harry replied: “Well, go and enjoy it. I’m very sorry to disturb you. All is well here. I’ll see you later.”
