The 58-year-old TV host took to Instagram on Friday (17.07.26) and posted a cute shot of himself and the businessman smiling with their arms wrapped around each other.
Andy captioned the sweet upload: "Date Night."
His celebrity pals and fans were delighted with the hard launch in the post's comments section, as Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham, 52, left multiple red-heart emojis.
Scary Movie actress Cheri Oteri, 63, penned: "That’s a handsome couple."
The Traitors 2023 star Kyle Cooke, 43, typed: "Stud muffins."
One of Andy's supporters wrote: "Omg I don’t know whose cuter. Andy!!! Just perfect together!! (sic)"
A second follower reacted: "Soooooo happy for you Andy!!!! (sic)"
And a third fan said: "That is your perfect match physically. I can’t get over it. You suit one another beautifully."
Andy and Kevin, a Harvard Business School graduate, met at mutual pal Justin's party on July 4, 2025.
They were first spotted in public on June 2, 2026, when they stepped out in New York City to celebrate the Watch What Happens Live! presenter's 58th birthday at the Italian restaurant, Via Carota.
Kevin - who previously dated EG0T winner Benj Pasek, 40, who wrote music for the likes of La La Land and Snow White - is the second Harvard graduate that Andy has struck up a romance with.
He was with researcher Clifton Dassuncao for almost two years until they ended their relationship in 2018.
Just six days after Kevin and Andy's first public outing, the latter - who is a dad to Ben, seven, and Lucy, four, who were both born via surrogacy - confirmed they were boyfriends on an episode of SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live.
The Real Housewives franchise's executive producer said: "People have asked me for a long time, 'When are you going to get a boyfriend? Why don't you have a boyfriend?' And I have always said I will know when I meet the person.
"I don't want to be with the wrong person. I value my time too much. I value my life too much. And I have great friends and a great life and great kids. And you know, my criteria about what I was looking for never changed. It's always been a feeling for me. And I've always followed that feeling.
"And I'm really happy to say I met the person you guys."
He added: "I love him."
At Justin's July 4, 2025, bash, Andy saw Kevin "from across the party" - but their meeting almost never happened.
Andy explained: "And I almost didn't go. I never get invited to gay parties in the Hamptons anymore. And I was like, 'You know what? Let me just go.'"
The pair "talked all night" and Andy "very methodically put my number in his phone".
He added: "Apparently, I said to him twice that night, 'I want to make sure this number is right,' and then he said, 'I knew you were serious when you were really serious about this number.'"
Andy - who "can't believe" and is "in shock" that he found his match - took it slow when it came to introducing Kevin to his children, Ben and Lucy.
Andy said: "This man is kind and strong and smart, and he is an adult, and he loves my children, and they love him. And I love him.
"We have been so slow and deliberate and methodical about getting to know each other and introducing him into the equation of my family so slowly, and I have to say it has been so easy.
"Eleven months, we haven't had one fight, we haven't had one disagreement. We just view life in the same way, and one year later I still can't believe I found him...He is so lowkey, he is not in my business, he doesn't watch the Housewives."
