Shannen Doherty's Malibu estate has sold for more than $7.65 million - nearly two years after her death.

The Charmed actress died in July 2024, aged 53, following a long battle with cancer, and her former home has sold after nine months on the market.

According to TMZ, Shannen's ex-property was offloaded for $7,650,000, nearly two million less than the initial August 2025 price tag - $9,450,000.

The 90210 star lived at the plush pad, which features four bedrooms, a pool, and picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean, for nearly two decades.

Shanne's house suffered some smoke damage from the 2018 Woolsey Fire, but her home escaped the highly destructive 2025 Palisades Fires, which destroyed numerous properties in the Malibu area.

Chris Cortazzo, the executor of Doherty's estate, previously said the proceeds of the property's sale would go to her mother, Rosa.

He also said Shannen saw the plush pad as her "sanctuary".

Chris told The Wall Street Journal newspaper: "When you're a notable figure, your home becomes your sanctuary."

Doherty's divorce from estranged husband Kurt Iswarienko was finalized on July 15th, 2024, two days after her death, on July 13th, 2024.

Following the divorce, Shannen kept the former couple's home in Malibu, California.

Shannen managed to reach a settlement a day before she died, and, as well as the house, she kept a Salvador Dali painting, several cars and all earnings from her acting career.

The former couple wed in 2011 and Shannen filed for divorce in 2023.

Doherty and Iswarienko's legal spat turned nasty earlier in 2024 when she claimed in court papers that Kurt was hoping "I die before he is required to pay me while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years".

A lawyer for the snapper rejected her claims, alleging he wanted to finalize their divorce in September 2023 with a settlement deal - which was denied by Shannen as he allegedly "skirted around" how much he earned in the early aughts of their marriage.
