Sharna Burgess dated a former Dancing with the Stars colleague?
Sharna Burgess has confessed to dating Sasha Farber during her younger years.
Sharna Burgess previously dated Sasha Farber - years before they appeared on Dancing with the Stars.
The 40-year-old dancer has revealed that she had a brief romance with Sasha during her younger years, and she admits that he was much nicer than many other men she's dated.
Sharna - who has Zane, three, with fiance Brian Austin Green - told the Penthouse With Peta podcast: "I talk about how I've dated so many a*******. He was not one of them."
Sharna said Sasha, 42, came into her life at exactly the right time, when they were both performing in the touring production of Burn The Floor.
She said: "He was always a great guy. And he came into my life at a time when I just really needed to remember how to laugh again. And then there was so much going on in my world in my early 20s."
She recalled plucking up the courage to approach him one night during a tour stop in Reno, Nevada.
She said: "Sasha's room and I — we were next door to each other, and at one night my bold little self just went over and like knocked on his door and was like, 'Hi.'"
Their relationship eventually came to an end when Sharna left the tour to be with her father, who was experiencing health problems at the time.
She said: "When I was home, it was just too hard. Like, I never knew when I was going to be back on tour again. Sash was with the tour and it was like, 'When are our wires in our lives' paths ever going to cross again?' And so, we broke up over that video call, Skype."
Meanwhile, Sharna previously described motherhood as a "perfect and intimidating" experience.
The dancer revealed that she loves parenting with Brian, who also has Kassius, 24, with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil, as well as Noah, 13, Bodhi, 12, and Journey, nine, with his ex-wife Megan Fox.
Sharna wrote on Instagram at the time: "I love being a mother I think more than anything and parenting with Bri is everything I could’ve ever wanted. But having 5 young kids in our home feels both perfect and intimidating. (sic)"
