Travis Kelce jokes Taylor Swift has made him 'more of a man'
Notoriously fussy eater Travis Kelce has been branching out thanks to fiancee Taylor Swift.
Travis Kelce has admitted Taylor Swift has made him "more of a man" in one area of his life.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end has spoken in the past about how he is fussy with food, but his brother Jason Kelce thinks the Opalite singer has had a positive influence on her fiance's palate.
Speaking on their New Heights podcast, Jason said: “We won't use this in the episode, but I feel like Taylor's definitely expanded…”
Travis cut in to say: “Use it. We can f****** use it. There's nothing wrong with that.”
Jason's wife Kylie Kelce, a guest on this week's episode, said: “He's more adventurous with food.”
Travis quipped: “Yeah, I'm more of a man when I'm around her and eat foods I haven't tried before!”
New Heights' producer, Brandon Borders, joked that Taylor feeds Travis from a fork while making "little airplane noises", as if he were a toddler.
Taylor has often spoken of her love of baking, and Travis is known to be a big fan of her bread.
He admitted in February: “I broke Taylor's chair with the weight I gained from her sourdough."
And back in 2024, the 36-year-old sportsman revealed he had started eating curry thanks to Taylor's encouragement.
Asked by Jason if he likes curry on their New Heights podcast, Travis replied: “You know I’m starting to open up to the Indian cuisine."
Jason replied: “I know, my girl Tay is getting you opened up."
His brother agreed: “She is.”
Jason then said: “She’s introducing new foods to you. It’s been one of the greatest things that I’ve been happy about.”
However, Travis admitted he wasn't a fan of a thick curry sauce.
He said: “I’m in on a light curry. The more it gets thicker and it looks like a baby food or like baby s*** then I’m out."
Travis and Taylor are currently planning their wedding, and it was recently claimed they are set to tie the knot in July.
The couple got engaged last August after two years of dating, and have now sent save-the-date messages out to their family and friends.
According to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, a source revealed the pre-invitations state the couple will tie the knot on 3 July in New York City, despite previous reports Taylor and Travis were going to marry on Rhode Island, where the 36-year-old pop megastar has a large estate.
Travis recently revealed guests will be served his own Garage Beer brand at the wedding.
When asked by TMZ: “How many kegs of Garage Beer will be at that reception?" Travis quipped: “Man, I can't even count that high."
Travis and Jason, 38, became majority owners and operators of Garage Beer in June 2024.
