Singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor has "never felt better" following her boob job, which she had to undergo because she had grown tired of "duct taping them to [her] shoulders".
Meghan Trainor has "never felt better" following her boob job.
The 32-year-old singer - who has three children, Riley, five, Barry, two, and three-month-old Mikey with Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara - went under the knife after growing tired of duct taping her breasts to her shoulders, and she was "heart-broken" about her boobs after having children.
Speaking to The i Paper, she said: "I got a boob job because these empty boobies after children were heart-breaking to me.
"I didn’t like duct taping them to my shoulders - so quick implants for me - and I never felt better.”
As well as having a boost following her breast surgery, Meghan also credits therapy with helping her "a lot" in life, particularly when it comes to dealing with keyboard warriors.
She said: "My therapist helps me a lot. She’s like 'You give these strangers a lot of power – why?' And I’m like, ‘Ew, I don’t like that.' "
Going forwards, Meghan is keen to "make more friends" in life.
She added: "I want to make more friends.
"I’m like, ‘Am I a monster? Am I hard to be friends with?’ [People say] like, 'No, dude, you just work a lot, you don’t have time to go out and get drinks with the gals. Plus you don’t like drinking.' "
Earlier this month, Meghan - who welcomed her third child Mikey via a surrogate in January - axed her Get in Girl Tour, two months before it was due to get underway.
She wrote on her Instagram Story: "After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the Get in Girl Tour.
"Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now.
"I know this will come as a disappointment to my fans, and I am so sorry to let you down. But I know this is the right decision for my family and me right now.
"I promise I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait for you to hear this new record. I’m so proud of it and I’m endlessly grateful for your love and support always."
