Cole Tucker reveals sex of his and Vanessa Hudgens' second child
Cole Tucker has revealed he and Vanessa Hudgens have "one of each" following the birth of their second child.
Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker's second child is a girl.
The High School Musical actress revealed in November she had given birth but didn't share any details of the tot, but now her 29-year-old husband has revealed they have "one of each", meaning the baby is a sister for their 18-month-old little boy, whose name has not been publicly disclosed.
Appearing on the Baseball Isn't Boring podcast, Cole said: “Two kids now. I got 7 weeks and a year-and-a-half right now.
“I’m in the fight.”
Asked if they have sons or daughters, Cole added they have "one of each".
Cole and Vanessa, 37, are keen to introduce their children to as many hobbbies as possible so he can find their passions.
Asked if he hopes his little boy will be an athlete too, the former MLB star said: “I want him to do whatever he wants to do, but my wife and I want to expose him to as much as we can.
“He was born on July 1st last year, and he plays the drums and the piano and the guitar and baseball.
“He hits the ball off the tee, and he swings golf clubs and hits the ball, and he’s shooting hoops, now.
"He loves basketball. We just want to show him everything and whatever he wants to do, we’ll support him.
“My wife and I both ended up having jobs that people told us would never come true or would never come to fruition, so we’re very open-minded.
"Whatever our kids want to do, we’ll support them and love them no matter what. I don’t want him to feel like he has any pressure to be a baseball player.”
But Cole definitely wants “him to play baseball as a kid.”
He added: “I think everyone should play baseball because it teaches you so much about yourself and life and working with other people and whatnot.
"I want him to have that experience, and my wife is super excited to be the T-ball team mom.
“But I don’t want him to feel like, ‘You have to go to the big leagues because dad did.’ That pressure and anxiety would suck. But if you want, let’s go.”
