Kim Cattrall marries partner Russell Thomas in intimate London ceremony
Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall has tied the knot with her audio engineer partner Russell Thomas in an intimate ceremony in London on Thursday (01.12.15).

The Sex and the City star tied the knot with the audio engineer at an intimate ceremony at Chelsea Old Town Hall in London on Thursday (04.12.25), where only 12 guests were invited.
Kim and Russell have largely kept their relationship private since they met during a BBC Radio 4 recording session back in 2016 but the actress revealed earlier this year the pair have "had a blast" throughout almost a decade of romance.
The 69-year-old actress - who has been married three times previously - told The Times newspaper: "He was an actor originally. He’s had an incredibly interesting life and really done it on his terms. He’s a bit of a rebel, which I love. We’ve been together almost 10 years now... And we’ve had a blast. We’ve just had so much fun."
Cattrall had been struggling with issues such as insomnia and the death of her father when she met Russell, 55, and no longer regrets going through such a tough ordeal as it allowed life to bring her together with her partner.
She added: "I keep saying I wish I hadn’t gone through all that. And then I thought to myself, well, if I hadn’t have gone through that, I wouldn’t have met Russ.
"So life has surprises and trade-offs. It was a bad time, but I learned a tremendous amount. And at the other end of it was this incredible, fun playmate."
Kim also explained that she is the "antithesis" of her Sex and the City alter ego Samantha Jones because she is happiest in a committed relationship, unlike the sex-crazed character she played in the HBO series.
She said: "I’m the antithesis of her [Samantha] in many ways. I’m a serial monogamist, and then some."
Cattrall recently explained that her life is very different now that she has moved away from Hollywood.
The How I Met Your Father star said: "I have a home on Vancouver Island, which is my hideaway and basically my paradise because I’m right in the middle of nature.
"It’s long walks. It’s reading books I’ve never had the time to read — or reread. I love women’s fiction. It’s more solitary, just me and my partner."
